about waste 360

We exist to turn Nigeria's waste, and its workers into the country's next great asset class.

Waste 360 Environmental Services is a Nigerian circular-economy operator. We aggregate, process and trace waste — and we monetise it as recyclables, EPR compliance and verified carbon credits.

Mission

Build the infrastructure that turns Nigeria’s waste crisis into a structured, fair, climate-positive economy.

vision

Africa’s most trusted operator at the intersection of waste, EPR compliance and carbon finance.

Dignity for the picker. Integrity in the data. Discipline in the unit economics.

Founder & CEO

Alhaji Suleiman Adama, ficm

Alhaji Suleiman Adama is a Nigerian entrepreneur and industry operator with experience spanning the maritime and environmental sectors. Over the years, he has worked across logistics, operations, and waste recovery systems, building deep connections within Nigeria’s informal and formal recycling ecosystem. As Secretary-General of the Wastepickers Association of Nigeria, he represents and advocates for thousands of waste workers who form the backbone of the country’s recycling value chain.

Through Waste 360, he is focused on building a structured recovery platform that connects waste collection with EPR compliance, traceable recycling systems, and carbon market opportunities. Backed by a team with over 10 years of combined experience in waste management and recovery operations, Waste 360 is designed to create fairer income opportunities for waste workers while supporting circular economy and climate-impact goals across Nigeria.
